If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags must be attached

  • Item must be free of stains, odors, or damage

  • Final sale or discounted items

  • Worn or washed merchandise

  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email support@thecrewgear.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return

  • Reason for return

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will make it right.
